| It is not uncommon to hear people complain that the Justice overseeing the traffic court did not listen to a single word of their defence or that the officer lied and got away with it. Errors are made in court and it is your right to appeal a conviction you believe should be overturned. Also, no one is above the law including court officials and witnesses. When fighting a driving charge or appealing a conviction the most intelligent course of action is to hire a competent legal professional with experience, knowledge of the law and the Ontario Court system. |
